For the several days following posting my TEST message, I continued to see
nothing in the WINDOWS echo - not even my TEST.... (accessing Fido using
Thunderbird via The-eStar).

I got personal emails from Jean and Ed mentioning that they'd seen it -
finally, I tried Unsubscribing from WINDOWS and re-subscribing; that downloaded
990 message heads, including the most recent ones. (I marked everything prior
to 2016-01-01 as 'read' and have read through this year's set of messages,
replying to several.

So I think I'm back in the game.
