In Win3.1 if a program started getting messed up I could look at the .INI
file and try to see what may be causeing problems.
With this XP pc when it shuts off it saves My "personal settings" even
when the OS has really messed something up.
I have tried looking for where XP saves that "personal settings" so I
could delete it and let the computer recreate a new one.
