I've had it do the job it's supposed to more often than not...some just down
during a drive crash or an OS switchover.  A few have moved or become regional
independents, etc.  But enough years passed, that I got around to reassigning
an old unused number to a new node and SEAL had a couple of hundred echoes it
wanted to reactivate and start forwarding that direction again.<g>

Seems like it went for a few years without being regularly hatched, so most
folks just started keeping private versions based on whatever was really
happening with traffic on their systems (or not).  Now that updates are showing
up again, I'm not even sure if I'm still pointed to it.
