Ack it wasn't a problem with TossBadMsgs as that keyword was already enabled.
Reruns of SQUISH IN's 'seemed' like they weren't retossing the BadArea because
the sender's address wasn't specified/included in the "<type> <tag> <path>
[flags] [nodes]" definition when the Secure keyword was in use. Heh.
TossBadMsgs won't work on InSecure mail.
During testing I excluded [nodes] in the definitions to prevent echomail from
being scanned-out to my uplink.
