eComStation.RU site has implemented an excellent model to keep database of
hardware:

a) the users are posting short reports

(they have 5 minutes only; No barriers, users type simple text and post it;
that's all that we can collect from the users;)

b) periodically we are posting large reviews with information how to install
eCS on modern hardware and how to adjust system settings.
