sbbs.exe on Windows just logs to the screen/console. You should be able copy/paste from that console into a message here.

You could also try a fresh install of Synchronet v3.19b on that same system to confirm it's not a system-level issue. i.e. it's something to do with that particular *configuration* of Synchronet that's not compatible with the new system.
