No, this was for messages. I think I already have FTP set too passive
but now I am getting an error that says there is no BUNKER3 file. Here
is what I get:

Unable to open data connection
Downloading QWK packet
Packet does not exist on remote: BUNKER3.qwk
Response: 550 File not found: BUNKER3.qwk
Send of REP failed; reseting export pointers
