Subj : Dove-Net problems

I don't know if this the place to ask, but I have a
Mystic BBS that I am trying to use for Dove-Net
messaging. It seems to be working but after trying
to exchange e-mail, I get a "unable to open data
connection" error message.
Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong. I will
go through the setup procedure one more time
and see if I can get this sorted out. Any help
would be greatly appreciated.
