I see you're using my login matrix.  That error likely happens if a user connects who doesn't have an ANSI-capable terminal, so it reverts back to the traditional login.  Usually, there is an answer.msg in your text\menu directory, but it seems that file might not exist on your system.  If you aren't using an answer.msg file, then you can edit your login.js, and on the line where it loads DDLoginMatrix, the 2nd parameter specifies the base filename of your answer message file.  If you aren't using one, you can specify a blank string ("") there.
