Here is my mailauth config
[MailAuth]
       Command=mailauth.js
       AccessRequirements=user equal 0 or guest
       Disabled=false

So the message is being sent via netmail from sysop user, so assume user would be 0.  So not sure why this determines it is insufficient. Unless it is
evaulating from a smtp / host perspective?  Not clear to me.
