Whomever is running the FTP server should fix that: passive FTP is "the way".

It says *what* dont exist? You need to have the message areas import/setup *first* (in SCFG->Message Areas) and then you need to setup the QWK conference number mapping from the hub in SCFG->Networks->QWK->YOURHUB->Netowrked Sub-boards.

You can import a control.dat file in SCFG for *both* of those lists, but you would need to do so for *both*.
