As for any message related to "Com 1", that means the program is trying to use
the UART (and not FOSSIL) for communicating with the BBS client/user. Either
configure the program to use FOSSIL/int14h instead, or change the setting in
SCFG to use "UART" for the program's I/O method.
does synchronet provide the fossil or uart or is this something i need to add
to the bbs? run it through a batch file?
thanks
