That's what I meant too.

I've went from nothing on to everything on as well as trying just some of
them, but I haven't found the right configuration yet. I'm hoping an RA
sysop could help.

The documentation just says how to set up the configuration for the software,
nothing about receiving or sending packets, just that it should work.
