My nephew was living in a filthy homeless shelter, and he got $30,000 handed to him. 6 months later, he still has no car, no apartment, no job, and he's still sleeping in a DSS motel.
I know what you mean. Not all these people who act like that came from bad homes, but they're nested in them now.
