Think of all the Supreme Court rulings that went Trumps way... The courts have chimed in on, or will be, on Birthright Citizenship, Voter Roll purging, Citizens Voting to name a few.
They also spanked the lower court judges and told them not to do national pauses as it isn't in their jurisdiction to do so.
All this adds up.
Things all seem to dovetail nicely.
Midterms are going to be awesome.
