I think you're letting "slavery" distract from the real plan.
The whole slavery thing is just a smoke screen to divide people and wreck
culture.
Back when I was in high school, things were more subtle. If you were an
"average" student, you were on the "happy path". If you were "below average",
you got some special help.
But if you were "above average" you were punished until you started acting like
an "average" student. Looking back, this actually started for me in the 4th
grade.
Partly this is lazy teachers not wanting to have to work. But they were
supported by an education system that did NOT want above average students.
Mostly because above average students questioned, did not simply accept answers
and thought for themselves.

Those laws already exist. But the Left has not enforced them or did what they
often do: change the definition of words to get around the laws.
