No they couldn't pass a law since such a law would have violated the 10th
Amendment and would have been struck down.
Roe vs. Wade was incorrect in the first place and that's how they got it
overturned.
The Left doesn't attack head on. They attack at the edges where people don't
pay attention or care as much. Then they use a win there to push more and more
toward the center. Look at the whole Gun Control stuff that's been going on
for decades.

I have a feeling that the Supremes will rule on birthright citizenship to
disallow "anchor babies". I am more concerned about the DACA people.
