You have to use a special form.  That costs money.
Then you need to spend the time/effort to ask people.  That costs.
Then you need to take the forms back to an Elitist clerk to "validate" the
signatures.  Unsure if that costs anything, but in NYC, it probably does.
She will invalidate many of the signatures, so that will probably stop you
there.

The petition system is part of the Voter Fraud Machine to ensure that only the
selet candidates and proposals end up on the ballot.  You would have to have
overwhelming support for something to even get on the ballot.

That's what Trump is doing. Take their money away, which cripples their system
