That goes for the whole state. There's no way in hell that "nobody's willing to run as a Republican for state assembly." I'd do it if I was nominated, but that would spoil the Democrats' plans and they won't let that happen.
Same thing with NYC: Surely there are thousands of real patriots in NYC who would be willing to primary Sliwa, but the Democrats (aka the kings) have chosen to stick with Sliwa.

I'd love to move to a red state for the peace of mind, but you have to get your whole family on-board. My wife keeps looking at houses for sale here (we want to upgrade) but I keep telling her "There's a lot of nice ones in Montana!"

You already know this but let me re-enforce: Don't write to him/her, and don't email them or call them either. Talk to them face to face. Do: visit their office, heckle them at public events, because putting them on the spot makes them uncomfortable, and they need to learn what it's like to feel uncomfortable.
