Ya, but I'd say there is a very good chance that NYC will 'elect' a socialist
mayor who has already said that he will make everything gov't owned. We have
plenty of history to show how that will end up.
I think we can say that less than half the people in the city now are useful
people. If that number was larger then they wouldn't have had the socialist
mayors of late either.
So they are past the point of no return there. Socialism will come in.
Everything will collapse - like it always does under socialism. The Left will
screech because Trump will not fund them. The city will die and the useful
people will come back in and buy it back up for pennies.
