Desc: A namespace extension library for Delphi 7.0 by Whirling Dervishes
      software .  A demo version is available for download from the website
      www.whirlingdervishes.com This release allows creation of system
      namespaces just like 'my documents', 'my network places' etc, protocol
      handlers for internet explorer and file viewers that allow you to
      treat file types in the windows shell as if they were directories.
      All with just a few lines of code.
