Subroutines. NOVAS, is an integrated package of source-code modules

place) of any star or planet. At a lower level, NOVAS also provides
general astrometric utility transformations, such as those for
precession, nutation, aberration, parallax, and the gravitational
deflection of light.

the file just piped to stdout one-to-one. If it is a simple RFC822
message it is just decoded as one part. If it is a MIME message with
multiple parts ("attachments") all parts decoded. Decoding can be
controlled by command-line options.
