The utmost basic HTML file is one without any HTML at all in it - just plain
ASCII will do!

The next step would be to build a few lines of wrapper code - basically a
straighforward header and a <body> a/ </body> pair with the same ASCII in
between.

A further enhancement would be to use a table to put your stats in.


To study the HTML instruction set: there are some HTML introductions available
on the web; you might consult one of them to get an idea about the HTML
language and its possibilities. Or download a simple HTML page from the
internet and "read" it with a plain ASCII editor (like Notepad).
