My goal is a non-CPU intensive loop, while waiting for a semaphore to be
cleared. Mike Luther was kind enough to share a utility of his with me which
sounds like it will do the trick, though I haven't had the opportunity to try
it yet. My fiancee rolled her car earlier this morning--it's been a busy day.
