That's not true. eCS release is available in
- english (default)
- german
- dutch
- italian

It will be availabe shortenly in
- russian
- traditional chinese

Translation is a big, hard work. So it costs a lot of time to get translations
done. So other languages will follow over time.

IBM OS/2 is dead, no question. eCS developement is an ongoing work.
