Well, there is no need for a irq on virtual ports. :-)
Just take a look at my config.sys:

DEVICE=C:\SIO\SIO.SYS (COM1:115200,3F8,IRQ4,,)(COM3,INTERNET,NONE)(COM4,INTERNET,NONE)
DEVICE=C:\SIO\VSIO.SYS

Com2 is used on my dcf77-clock with another driver.
