something is wrong with your dupe checker, then... it should not be validating
dupes based solely on post content... i know that the MSGIDs are different in
every one of them ;)
aside from that, the monthly rules postings are going to be identical unless i
specifically edit the template to adjust the text for some reason ;)
maybe i can implement a "Posting Date:" line to add? i'm not sure i like that
idea but i'm sure it can be done... especially if it fixes problems like this
