A _correct_ implementation will be more complex unnecessarily in the name of
human readability. Much easier to extract a human readable list from a strict
format than the other way around.
St Louis and XML both enforce proper structure in the format itself, without
relying on ignorable rules in the specification. (and eventually someone will
try an alternate use for the Uplink, you watch)
