Actually... <anal retentive mode = on> this format allows any node to be placed
out of order, since it mixes order-dependant information (domains, regions)
with back referencing information (end nodes specify their zones and nets).

FRL-1002.001 documents a full hierarchial address format, intended for route
lists:

  DD:ZZ:RR:NN:HH:FF:PP

which would look something like:

  fidonet:3:54:712:61:848:0

Which isn't terribly readable since we're all used to Z:N/F, but it's easier to
read by machine, which is what the nodelist is normally used for.  If Z:F/N
addresses are really necessary (for easier human text searching) it can be
listed next to it, but ignored by machines.
