Having looked at a couple nodelists briefly it does appear there are some results that are not following it but many do.  I probably tried to come up with something that handles many things I saw but missed the mark last time I looked at it.

I have come up with some new logic that will take care of all the examples I pulled out and I will experiment with that.  I put a little more detail in my respond to Nick if you're interested.
