I spent quite a while in communications with my uplink yesterday and I think we have it figured out.

My Fido Hub is 3:640/1321  so the only routing info I have for it is 3:*

I then created a new one I called: Fidonet NC
using an address of 1:135/0 and the Route Info is: 1:* 2:* 4:*

It seems to be working quite well.
