In fairness to Clive, the version of documentation (mpl_112a36.doc) he and I
are working from explicitly state 'DateStr' & 'TimeStr' should be used to
decode/format both USERFIRSTON & USERLASTON timestamps.

Perhaps later revisions of this document have updated information regarding
these functions?
