The file you're after is called preuser.ans and it sits in the text folder.
Have a look at mystic -cfg > theme/prompt editor > default > prompts > and
the entry for prompt 000.... see the |DF command, it's saying display file
called preuser before then showing the rest of the defined prompt text.
That DF is a MCI code... info on them in mystic docs directory on or the wiki
