If you are on ubuntu and don't want to have it ask for password when starting
it up, you can create a /etc/sudoers enter like this:
bbsowner        ALL=(ALL:ALL) NOPASSWD: /usr/sbin/chroot

That will let it use chroot. I suggest you only put there the actual script you
are going to run...
