what client are you using?
i am using mtelnet, i just created a test user and it worked out okay.
datastream also gets about 5+ new users every day.

after it asks you your sex, it does a clear screen and asks for your
year/month/day of birth. then it asks for your email twice and sends your
password to your email address.

please let me know what might be causing this, dont want others to have any
problems. normally if they do have problems they use the 'matrix message'
selection to pass us a quick msg.
