I still do that with my Synchronet BBS, I just use a jsexec script I wrote to
isolate it down to only file bases that actually exist in synchronet to keep
things clear and precise, and only directories with files.bbs in them. ;)

Hmm, yeah, OS/2 wouldn't be much help here. My BBS, and my HUB, both run Linux,
CentOS 7 to be specific. :)
