Ok, it is just strange that fidogate not find and pack any news non my system,
self if I have seen that there coming lot of mail in.
My setup is now this by cron for news.
# Pull news from isp news server
------------- crontab for news user -------
5 * * * 1-7              /usr/lib/news/bin/pullnews -q
# Gate news to FTN
12 * * * 1-7            /usr/lib/fidogate/bin/rungate
13 * * * 1-7            /usr/lib/fidogate/bin/runin
14 * * * 1-7            /usr/lib/fidogate/bin/runmail
15 * * * 1-7            /usr/lib/fidogate/bin/runnews
16 * * * 1-7            /usr/lib/fidogate/bin/runout
# Pack news
20 * * * 1-7            /usr/lib/news/newspack
25 * * * 1-7            /usr/lib/fidogate/bin/runpoll-kofo
----------------------------------------
newspack the  little scripts from yours above.
runpoll-kofo coulbe be named as pull-uplink there is 900:900/0 there have some
packing commands and send-fidogate in it + it polls fido systems binkd and end
with rununpack pin and runin pin.

I only the numbers in the first address now in fidogate.conf
