That was my plan, just tar.gz it up and put it in the /mnt/lfs/sources directory and carry on.

Sometimes I inspire myself to do better.

I think I have seen it years ago but I don't quite remember now. It just displays an image on the screen and puts the grub menu on top of it.

Totally unimportant but a nice touch.
