As simple as a batch file search for *.0, as in rexbusy.0 ... then 'if
exist rexbusy.0 del rexbusy.0' and then loop back to restart Irex...

The rexbusy.0 semaphore should be in your 'flags' or 'semaphore' directory
as configed in Rexcfg.exe ...
