  On that old of a system, there's not much to it; just needs at least one
'nameserver' entry pointing to a DNS server.  (I have a DNS server for my
local network, which also handles non local domain names by referring to other
DNS servers, so I just have it pointing to that.)

  As has been mentioned and IIRC; he did say that he no longer has the source
code though I don't recall the details about it
