1 lb Sliced bacon; in 1/2"

2 c Chopped, fully cooked ham
1 sm Onion; chopped
10 sl White bread; in cubes
1 c Diced, cooked potatoes
3 c Shredded Cheddar cheese
8 lg Eggs
3 c Whole milk
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
1 ts Ground mustard
ds (ea) salt & pepper
In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until
crisp; add ham and onion. Cook and stir until onion is
tender; drain.
In a greased 13" X 9" baking dish, layer half the bread
cubes, half the potatoes and half the cheese. Top with
all of the bacon mixture. Repeat layers with remaining
bread, potatoes and cheese.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs; add the milk,
Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour
over all. Cover and chill overnight.
Set oven @ 325°.
Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake,
uncovered, until a knife inserted in the center comes
out clean, 65-70 minutes.
