     Title: Garlic-Roasted Brussels Sprouts w/Mustard Sauce
Categories: Vegetables, Dairy
     Yield: 6 servings

 1 1/2 lb Fresh Brussels sprouts,
          - halved
     2 tb Olive oil
     3 cl Garlic; minced
   1/2 c  Heavy whipping cream
     3 tb Dijon mustard
   1/8 ts White pepper
       ds Salt

 Place Brussels sprouts in an ungreased 15" X 10" X 1"
 baking pan. Combine oil and garlic; drizzle over sprouts
 and toss to coat.

 Bake, uncovered # 450ºF/232ºC until tender, 10-15
 minutes, stirring occasionally.

 Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the cream,
 mustard, pepper and salt. Bring to a gentle boil; cook
 until slightly thickened, 1-2 minutes. Spoon over
 Brussels sprouts.
