MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Thyme-Roasted Carrots
Categories: Five, Vegetables, Herbs
     Yield: 12 servings

     3 lb Medium carrots; halved
          - lengthwise
     2 tb Minced fresh thyme
          +=OR=+
     2 ts Dried thyme
     2 tb Oil
     1 tb Honey
     1 ts Salt

 Seat oven # 400oF/205oC.

 Divide carrots between 2 greased 15x10x1-in. baking
 pans. In a small bowl, mix thyme, oil, honey and salt;
 brush over carrots. Roast 20-25 minutes or until tender.
