MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: French Toast Waffles
Categories: Breads, Dairy, Spices
     Yield: 16 servings

     8 lg Eggs
     2 c  Milk
   1/2 c  Sugar
     1 ts Vanilla extract
   1/2 ts (ea) ground cinnamon &
          - nutmeg
    16 sl Texas toast
          Syrup

 In a large bowl, whisk the first 6 ingredients until
 blended. Dip both sides of bread in egg mixture. Place
 in a preheated waffle iron; bake until golden brown, 4-5
 minutes. If desired, cut waffles into thirds. Serve with
 syrup, jam or jelly.
