MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Farmer's Strata
Categories: Pork, Breads, Potatoes, Dairy, Cheese
     Yield: 16 servings

     1 lb Sliced bacon; in 1/2"
          - pieces
     2 c  Chopped, fully-cooked ham
     1 sm Onion; chopped
    10 sl White bread; in cubes
     1 c  Diced, cooked potatoes
     3 c  Shredded Cheddar cheese
     8 lg Eggs
     3 c  Whole milk
     1 tb Worcestershire sauce
     1 ts Ground mustard
       ds Salt & pepper

 In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until
 crisp; add ham and onion. Cook and stir until onion is
 tender; drain.

 In a greased 13" X 9" baking dish, layer half the bread
 cubes, potatoes and cheese. Top with all of the bacon
 mixture. Repeat layers of bread, potatoes and cheese.

 In a large bowl, beat the eggs; add the milk,
 Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour
 over all. Cover and chill overnight.

 Set oven @ 325oF/165oC.

 Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake,
 uncovered, until a knife inserted in the center comes
 out clean, 65-70 minutes.
