MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Chicken Cordon Bleu Bake
Categories: Poultry, Cheese, Pork, Breads, Dairy
     Yield: 12 servings

    12 oz (2 boxes) stuffing mix
10 3/4 oz Can cream of chicken soup;
          - undiluted
     1 c  Milk
     8 c  Diced, cooked chicken
   1/2 ts Pepper
   3/4 lb Sliced deli ham; in 1"
          - strips
     1 c  Shredded Emmenthal cheese
     3 c  Shredded Cheddar cheese

 Set oven @ 350oF/175oC.

 Prepare stuffing mixes according to package directions.
 Meanwhile, whisk together soup and milk.

 Toss chicken with pepper; divide between 2 greased
 13" x 9" baking dishes. Layer with ham, Swiss cheese,
 1 cup cheddar cheese, soup mixture and stuffing.
 Sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese.

 Bake, covered, 30 minutes. Uncover; bake until cheese is
 melted, 10-15 minutes.
