MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Cool Beans Salad
Categories: Vegetables, Rice, Chilies, Beans, Herbs
     Yield: 6 servings

   1/2 c  Olive oil
   1/4 c  Red wine vinegar
     1 tb Sugar
     1 cl Garlic; minced
     1 ts Salt
     1 ts Ground cumin
     1 ts Chilli spice mix
   1/4 ts Pepper
     3 c  Cooked basmati rice
    16 oz Can kidney beans; rinsed,
          - drained
    15 oz Can black beans; rinsed,
          - drained
 1 1/2 c  Corn; thawed
     4    Green onions; sliced
     1 sm Red bell pepper; chopped
   1/4 c  Minced fresh cilantro

 In a large bowl, whisk the first 8 ingredients. Add the
 remaining ingredients; toss to coat. Chill until
 serving.
