March 28 - National Something On A Stick Day

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Colman's Killer Kabobs & Sauce
Categories: Vegetables, Sauces, Chilies
     Yield: 4 servings

          Choice of beef, pork,
          - poultry, snake, etc. in
          - bite-sized pieces
     2 lg Bell peppers; cored, in 1"
          - squares
     1 lg Onion; peeled, in 1" pieces

MMMMM---------------------------SAUCE--------------------------------
     1 tb Colman's Original Prepared
          - Mustard
   1/2 ts Colman's Dry Mustard Powder
     1 ts Ground chipotle pepper
   3/4 ts Cayenne pepper
 1 1/4 ts Tabasco sauce
   1/2 ts Apple Cider Vinegar

 You will need 12 skewers 10" or more long. If using
 wood soak well in water to prevent burning.

 Set grill to high heat.

 Stick the meat, peppers and onion onto the skewers
 without hurting yourself. No one likes an ugly kabob, so
 alternate: protein, pepper, onion, protein, pepper,
 onion.

 Lightly oil the grill grate. Place kabobs on the
 prepared grill and brush with sauce.

 Impress everyone.
