MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Avocado Tuna Salad
Categories: Seafood, Fruits, Vegetables, Citrus
     Yield: 2 sandwiches

     5 oz Can tuna; packed in olive
          - oil, drained
   1/2    Ripe avocado; rough chopped
   1/2 c  Minced celery
   1/4 c  Minced red onion
     1 tb Olive oil
     2 ts Lemon juice
     1 ts Lemon zest
     2 tb Chopped fresh cilantro or
          - parsley
   1/2 ts Kosher salt
          Fresh ground black pepper

 Place all of the ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix with a
 fork, mashing the avocado and breaking up the chunks of
  tuna as you go, until the ingredients are well combined.

 Add more oil or salt and pepper if necessary, serve on
 your favorite sandwich bread or toast.
