I believe 'Solar Flux' numbers are the amount of sun-spots per day.
The NOAA is located in Boulder, Colorado; which would explain the
'Boulder' before the A-Index and K-Index, but I'm not up to date on what
those two indexes mean.
... Real HAMS do it till their Mega Hertz.
